Trans Gender: Causes, Consequences and Shari'ha Rulings an Analytical Study

Abstract

Allah Almighty has made man the Ashraf al-Makhluqat and man is the only creation of Allah Almighty who has been blessed with intellect and knowledge and on the basis of this intellect and knowledge he is the leader for new experiments and is engaged in efforts to make various inventions. Has done positive things for humanity, there the same man has also tried to do some inventions or work that is directly or indirectly in conflict with God's nature. One of these things is sex change. Todays developed the era has made it very easy for anyone, It has made it very easy that anyone who wants to change their desired gender can easily get it through expert doctors.

In this article, I want to bring out the facts of sex change and bring out its consequences from the Shariah and medical point of view, where I will describe both cases (justified and illegitimate) from the Qur'an and Hadith and from the point of view of jurisprudence and authentic sources and references
